The Entire Universe Exists Within You

If you hold still for a moment, a brief moment.

That space that is always fleeting.

The point that you can never catch.

You can sense it.

This universe is you.

Every story is contained within you.

We experience the world with our 5 senses.

The body is a tool to interact with the universe.

But one of those big, gasping for breath moments in life is when you’re walking around Times Square late at night, peaking on 300ug of LSD.

Or maybe you’re meditating in a forest.

Or maybe you are giving birth to your first child.

You could be anywhere.

And then it hits you…

The way we are experiencing reality can not be the truth to what reality actually is.

We are just experiencing it through sense organs that have evolved as part of the universe itself.

What we are experiencing is just a part of it, something bigger lies beneath the surface, and that is the great mystery of life.

Try to dance around in that realization.

Sit with it for a while.
